Wine Cellar Secrets is owned and managed by Chris Miley and Alison Stevens of Redwine Publications because we are passionate about wine … collecting it, storing it correctly, and especially drinking it.

We wrote “How To Build Your Own Wine Cellar” based on our own experiences of building a wine cellar with the aim of helping others gain as much pleasure from their wine cellar as we do from ours.

We enjoy visiting wineries anywhere in the world. We also enjoy fine food and attempting to match a particular dish with a wine from our cellar. You can read reviews of the wines we are tasting at our wine blog.
